Since our services are personalized digital products, we follow a strict no-refund policy once the reading/sketch has been delivered.

Refunds are allowed only if:

• The order was not delivered within the committed time frame, AND

• You contacted us within [3 days] of purchase.

Refunds are not provided for:

• Change of mind after purchase

• Dissatisfaction with interpretation or artistic style (since these are subjective)

• Incorrect details provided by the customer (DOB, photo, etc.)

Cancellation

• Orders can only be cancelled within 1 hour of purchase before work begins.
